But, did they act alone? That is the what the Clinton White House said. That is what Janet Reno said and that is what the FBI said ALL the evidence said. There is now a great deal of evidence to show that Clinton, Reno and the FBI twisted the evidence to fit a scenario they wanted...but it had very little to do with what really happened in the days leading up to day of the bombing or information that was buried after the bombing. The question remains, why? Why did Bill Clinton block the FBI and others from revealing the truth about the terror attack on America in Oklahoma? Why was the foreign terrorist involvement buried and hidden by the now corrupted FBI on the orders of the White House? Why were anyone who tried to investigate this and other cover-ups harassed and attacked by the FBI and the Justice Departments?

Report: 9-11 Plotter Linked to Oklahoma Bombing

     An al Qaeda conspirator who was involved in a plot investigators now say was an early blueprint for the 9-11 attacks had also claimed credit for the Oklahoma City bombing seven years ago, according to an FBI 302 witness statement revealed by Insight Magazine on Monday.

Immediately after the 1995 blast was reported, Abdul Hakim Murad, who was about to stand trial in New York for his involvement in a Philippine al Qaeda plot to fly hijacked airliners into targets like the World Trade Center and Pentagon, told a prison guard that "the Liberation Army was responsible for the (Oklahoma) bombing," according to the FBI document.

     A Philippine police case file obtained by Insight investigative reporter Kenneth Timmerman states that the "Liberation Army" was a fictitious organization used as a code by Murad's partner, Ramzi Yousef and other al Qaeda members "whenever they are making announcements" of responsibility for terrorist attacks.  In 1993, Yousef masterminded the first attempt by Islamic terrorists to take down World Trade Center.

     "Special Agents Francis J. Pellegrino and Brian G. Parr arrived later that morning, within hours after the Oklahoma City blast. 'Murad responded to the guard's question by stating that the Liberation Army was responsible for the bombing,' they reported in a witness report (No. 302). 'A short time later, Murad passed a note to the guard, again claiming that the Liberation Army was responsible for the bombing in Oklahoma City.'"

     If accurate, the Insight report could shed new light on possible involvement by Osama bin Laden in the worst terrorist attack on the U.S. prior to 9-11, for which anti-government militant Timothy McVeigh was executed last year.  While no one doubts McVeigh's involvement in the Oklahoma bombing, accounts unearthed by former NBC reporter Jayna Davis, who covered the bombing for the network, suggest a wider conspiracy with al Qaeda ties.      In his book "Others Unknown," McVeigh's lawyer Stephen Jones says that he attempted to probe a possible connection between the Oklahoma bombing and the Philippine al Qaeda cell. But police in Manila, who were initially eager to cooperate with his investigation, were ordered to drop the inquiry by the Clinton FBI.

O'REILLY: All right, now, Jayna Davis, the investigative reporter from Oklahoma City who we interviewed here on THE FACTOR, said that (McVeigh's partner) Terry Nichols went to the Philippines a number of times and met with Osama bin Laden's group, the group gave them money and perhaps technical expertise, as you're talking about. Did you follow that angle up?
JONES: We did. In fact, actually, we were the first ones to do that and Jayna was very resourceful and she tried to follow it for her television station in Oklahoma City. But there simply weren't enough resources. But Jones said lack of resources wasn't the only problem:
"The government was sufficiently concerned about what we were doing out in the Philippines and the help we were getting from the Philippines government that one of the prosecutors went out there with an FBI agent from Japan to shut us down," he told the Fox News host.
O'Reilly was more than a little taken aback by the bluntness of Jones' allegation:
O'REILLY: Hold it, counselor. Let me stop you here. You're accusing the federal government of shutting your investigation down in the Philippines?
JONES:  Absolutely. They went out there. The immigration ministry was helping us. This is a different police force. They knew about some of these people. They were anxious to help us and our government sent representatives out there to tell them to quit helping us.

Jayna Davis, Oklahoma investigative reporter attempts to turn over evidence she has in the form of security videos and witness testimony to the FBI, but after checking with his superior, the evidence is refused.  A Justice Department inspector, one of Clinton's own, admitted that the Oklahoma City bombing investigation "offered one of the worst examples of de facto evidence tampering by the FBI crime labs."

1996 Khobar Towers Bombing: June 25, 1996--19 Americans killed, hundreds wounded

     "The explosion appears to be the work of terrorists. The cowards who committed this murderous act must not go unpunished," Clinton said. "America takes care of its own."
Early indications were that the explosive used in the bombing of the Khobar Towers came out of the Becca Valley in Lebanon.  A year later Clinton restored full diplomatic relations with Lebanon including lifting travel restrictions and trade restrictions. Once again, he turned blind eye to the obvious. Bin Laden had again attacked Americans and got away with it. Bill Clinton said much, did nothing.

TWA 800: Missile Evidence Doesn't Lie

From James D. Sanders, Author of "Altered Evidence": Government documents used to write my book "Altered Evidence" told of a much different event initiating the crash of TWA Flight 800 than the government’s version.
     These documents reported that Federal Aviation Administration radar technicians saw a missile on their scopes and immediately notified the White House. The documents also revealed there was damage to the recovered debris consistent with a missile warhead explosion in the center-wing tank (CWT).
     The documents said there was an initial, narrow area of damage that crossed the Boeing 747 in the area immediately in front of the CWT, generally in a right-to-left direction.
My best source inside the investigation said there was a reddish-orange residue trail in this exact area. Eventually, he obtained two small samples of the residue, which I had tested. They were consistent with the residue from a solid-fuel missile.
     Further investigation, coming after the publication of my earlier book, "The Downing of TWA Flight 800," established that more than 98 percent of the residue's volume was consistent with an explosive event. The government counterattacked, arguing that the residue was glue. After months of ducking and dodging, the NTSB finally announced that the residue was 3M 1357 HP Adhesive. It pointed to NASA chemist Charles Bassett as the scientist who confirmed this fact.
     I obtained a notarized affidavit from Bassett. His written statement debunks the government’s glue allegation.  I sent a sample of 3M 1357 HP adhesive to Florida State University to be tested and compared with my residue's elemental analysis. FSU confirmed beyond any doubt that the government lied about my residue sample being 3M glue.
     Unfortunately, the department, including the FBI, was involved in this scheme to obstruct justice and rewrite the history of TWA Flight 800. They were not about to investigate and imprison themselves.
     Three months after my book was published, the head of the NTSB, under oath, before Congress, admitted that the NTSB had essentially removed a mechanical malfunction as possible cause of the downing of Flight 800:
Congressman Traficant: "I would just like the panelists to answer my questions yes or no. If you can’t, just say you can’t answer it. First question, Mr. Hall. Hypotheses and theories and opinion, not fact, correct? Hypothesis is theory, correct?"
NTSB Chairman Jim Hall: "Yes."
Traficant: "To this point, has any physical evidence, conclusive forensic evidence, to prove it was a mechanical failure that caused the explosion of the center fuel tank? Yes or no."
Hall: "We’re looking into that."
Traficant: "I want a one [word] answer. I know it is tough at this point."
Hall: "No."

     The NTSB has exhaustively searched for a politically correct "mechanical" answer. Forty million dollars later the answer is still "NO."

       The Justice Department officials turned my wife into a hostage to their demands on April 19, 1997. In a face-to-face confrontation with the FBI and Justice Department, they said they would "target" and indict my wife if she did not assist them in their investigation of me.  She refused, and we were both indicted for conspiring with a source inside the TWA Flight 800 investigation to obtain additional evidence of their lawlessness.  We were arrested, bound and dragged through throngs of reporters. My phone and financial records were seized in violation of Justice Department rules, regulations and case law. My computer was seized without a warrant.

     And major media remained silent.

     But I did pick up the phone and call Charles Bassett. He then provided me with an affidavit that said in part: "The tests performed by me at NASA-KSC on samples Dr. Birky said were from Rows 17, 19, 24 and 27 of the Flight 800 cabin interior did not address the issue of the origin of any reddish-orange residue [James Sanders had tested by West Coast Analytical Services]. The tests I performed for the NTSB cannot answer such a question."
     In a tape-recorded telephone conversation, Merritt Birky obliquely confessed having lied in his Fire and Explosion Report and to the media:

Question: So Sanders did an elemental analysis and the whole world was shocked that [he] thought it was a missile fuel. You at the NTSB went ahead and got what you thought was the same residue and did an analysis yourself.
Birky: A different analysis.
Question: A different analysis, right. And concluded that this residue was, in fact, not missile residue, it was 3M adhesive. And I think it would have been good if you did an elemental analysis, not to prove whether it was adhesive or not, but to prove if it was the same stuff. To make sure that you and Sanders had the same stuff.  Therefore, when you say the residue is adhesive, you mean it is the same residue that Sanders is talking about.
Birky: No. Because you see the problem is before we even got that far we knew that 3M had already changed their formula. They had represented that to us when we tried to get some reference samples. Well, that’s old material. We haven’t the foggiest notion what that formula is, nor do we have any of the old formulation; we don’t know what was used at that time on those seats. So, in trying to prove that we have the same sample as Sanders, I’m not sure it gets us very far. Supposing Sanders’ comes out differently?
Question: Right, right.
Birky: Then what are you going to say? Well, you’re not going to put the thing to bed.
Contrary to sworn testimony before Congress and dozens of leaks to major media alleging the residue was glue, the truth from Merritt Birky’s lips exposed the government position. The residue was not glue. The government never had reason to believe it was glue.

     The truth is that within days after March 10, 1997, both the NTSB and FBI came into possession of what remained of the samples sent to me by Terry Stacey. The FBI and NTSB did not need to go to the hangar for additional samples. They had them in their possession. The NTSB sample came from CBS News, and the FBI sample was seized under subpoena from West Coast Analytical Services.
If theirs was an honest investigation, all the NTSB and FBI had to do was have Charles Bassett at NASA test my samples while keeping the media and Congress fully informed. Dr. Birky admitted the NTSB did not take this path because it was afraid the results would confirm my missile theory and debunk their mechanical hypothesis.  One can only be afraid of such results if "mechanical” failure was predetermined at the highest levels of the United States government to be responsible for the loss of 230 lives.  It should also be noted that hundreds of witnesses stated they saw a surface to air missile launch and bring down that plane...these people were ignored by the FBI because they didn't say what they wanted them to say.   Instead they told them they saw "fireworks" or "swamp gas" or something. Also the pilots union stated that they had no confidence in the FAA's final determination of why the flight exploded without warning.  Just before leaving office, Bill Clinton ordered all the parts of TWA Flight 800, that were still being stored, destroyed. WHY?

1998 Embassy Bombings:

     On Aug. 7, 1998, terrorists bombed the U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, killing 258 people. More than 5,000 were injured.
     On Aug. 20, 1998, Clinton ordered cruise missile attacks on suspected terrorist training camps in Afghanistan and a pharmaceutical plant in Khartoum, Sudan. It is fairly common knowledge now, even by the highest democrats now in office, that this was done, not to punish terrorists, but to take Monica off the front page of all the American newspapers.
"Our target was terror. Our mission was clear: to strike at the network of radical groups affiliated with and funded by Osama bin Laden, perhaps the pre-eminent organizer and financier of international terrorism in the world today," Clinton said. He went on to say: "With compelling evidence that the bin Laden network of terrorist groups was planning to mount further attacks against Americans and other freedom-loving people, I decided America must act," "Afghanistan and Sudan have been warned for years to stop harboring and supporting these terrorist groups, but countries that persistently host terrorist have no right to safe havens," he added. Interesting that he would say this since the Taliban from Afghanistan had just been in Washington in 1997 being entertained by the Clinton State Department. I will also add that Afghanistan was NEVER added to the list of countries that "host terrorists" by Bill Clinton.
     Larry Johnson, formerly with the CIA and the State Department and the current CEO of the Business Exposure Reduction Group, says this about Bill Clinton, "Clinton was always good about biting his lip, tears welling up in his baggy eyes and talking about, 'We're waging a new war on terrorism,' and yet also during this period he basically cut the heart out of CIA."

2000 USS Cole Bombing:

     On Oct. 12, 2000, terrorists bombed the USS Cole as it sat in the Yemeni port of Aden. The bomb killed 17 U.S. sailors. The attack was quickly blamed on bin Laden and his Al Qaeda terror organization.
     As usual, Bill Clinton promised swift and just retribution. "If, as it now appears, it was an act of terrorism, it was a despicable and cowardly act. We will find out who was responsible, and hold them accountable. If their intention was to deter us from our mission of promoting peace and security in the Middle East, they will fail, utterly." All Bill Clinton did was tell the forces in the area to "step up their security measures." No action was taken against bin Laden.

     I guess, if I were Perry Mason, I would say something like this: "Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, you have heard evidence today of witness tampering, destruction of evidence, corruption of the FBI, lies told to Congress and the American People, illegal search and seizures of American citizens and the blatant cover-up of evidence in the aforementioned attacks on America. Then President Clinton could not have committed these crimes alone.  He had to have help from the FAA, the FBI, Congress and the Media. All need to be called before this court to answer for their crimes against America."

     I'm sure there are more crimes here, but these will do. These were not "dots" that needed to be followed by a blundering and confused Intelligence community ..these were rocket flares, set up years in advance of 9/11. These rocket-flare warnings were not only ignored by Bill Clinton et al, but they were doused in the hopes no one would notice. All outside investigations into Oklahoma and the TWA Flight were effectively shut down by the Clinton administration. Thugs were sent in to warn off anyone who might share information with anyone else. Executive Orders were issued ordering silence. Remains of TWA flight were destroyed. Bill Clinton did NOT want this information getting out to the general public and for some reason, the liberal media...always there to aid and abet Bill in his crimes and cover-ups, were eager to assist him in these as well. How? They simply didn't do their jobs. By accepting and reporting whatever Bill said as gospel, they are just as responsible as he. They did no independent investigation of their own. Whatever came off the fax machine from the White House was good enough for them. The FAA and FBI who got involved and "just followed orders" committed unspeakable crimes against the Constitution many of them take an oath to uphold.

     Could the 9/11 attacks been averted? We will never know. Bill Clinton certainly had enough evidence to hold bin Laden when he was offered by the Sudan in 1996..but he refused him. He allowed him to escape to Afghanistan where he began planning the 9/11 attack and other attacks on our ships and embassies and bases.

     I'm sure there are some who will say I keep harping on this topic...but it is to important to just push aside especially in light of the attack on 9/11 and the constant implications by socialists that GW Bush is solely responsible for the attack. He inherited a blinded CIA and a corrupt FBI from Bill Clinton. The Justice Department had been totally corrupted by Janet Reno in her ever-constant protection of Bill Clinton to keep her job.

     I urge anyone who reads this to email or write their Congressman and Senators to reopen the investigations into the Oklahoma City Bombing and the Downing of TWA Flight 800. Demand they call Clinton, Reno, Freeh, and others to come before them and the American people and explain themselves. The fact Clinton is an ex-President should offer him no safe harbor.

     To the Socialists I say this...if these events had happened under GHWB or Reagan, would you remain silent? I doubt it. But because it is Bill Clinton, you say nothing. You are as guilty as he. You who wrap yourselves in the flag and wave the Constitution. You are phonies and hypocrites not worthy of any attention at all. You long for socialism and all it means. If you are so sure of Clinton's innocence you should not fear a complete investigation, but I don't hear you calling for one. I doubt I ever will because you, in your heart, know you will hear things you don't want to hear...that Bill Clinton is directly responsible for the 9/11 attacks.  I don't think there would be any trouble finding him guilty of many "high crimes and misdemeanors" and perhaps treason as well. Clinton and his whole bunch...Gore, Reno, Freeh, Albright...all them have a lot of questions to answer. .
